All orders are processed via direct wire transfer. No credit cards or payment processors are used. To place an order:

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment receipt.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer discreet worldwide shipping. Shipping times vary by destination. HEAL Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or factors beyond our control. The buyer assumes all responsibility for import duties, taxes, and compliance with local import regulations.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research peptides and cold-chain requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
